CD was made by all the fans around the world who decided
to share all their memories and say thanks to the legend
of the Saints. It was made during 5 months since Matt's
testimonial game. And a chain of fans willing to spread
the CD around the world to honour Matthew Le Tissier for
his loyalty and heritage took shape after the high
demand made me panic.
The Saints fans' hearts made this tribute go ahead and
reach every Saints fan staying far from home, far from
St Mary's ... It's always a real pleasure, in this day
and age, to see something that's a real labour of love.
No corners cut, and no rush for profit over content.
Just a desire to put out the best possible product and
to do the best possible job.
Javi has been a Saints fan for many years and last year
attended Matt Le Tissier's testimonial game at St Marys.
He was so overcome by the occasion he decided it would
be special to create a CD ROM dedicated to the Saints
legend's life and career on the South coast and
distribute it to Saints fans worldwide completely FREE
of charge. He did just that. He spent lots of his
savings on buying hardware, software and CDs to achieve
this mammoth task and to date it is going better than
ever.
Saints may not be the most attractive club in the league
but i think that we have the most devoted fans in the
world of football. When Matt Le Tissier " our hero "
hung up his boots we wanted to give him a tribute. One
saintsfan took the initiative for the Matt Le Tissier
Tribute CD-Rom. And what a tribute it is for our best
player ever !

A combined effort of the Southampton Football Club, The
Daily Echo, BBC Southampton and lots of fans gave Javi
enough material to make this special tribute which shows
how special saintsfans are and how they love " Le God ".
Having attended Matt's testimonial at the end of last
season, Javi threw himself into the task of coming up
with something that could express how much Matty has
meant to us all over the years.
Javi came up with the concept of a CD-ROM to be sent to
Saints fans world-wide, so that they can share all those
great memories. He has tackled the software problems,
researched the biographical information and uncovered a
vast number of pictures, videos and other multimedia
goodies. The finished result is simply amazing.

The Tribute cd-rom shows pictures from matty with fans,
team pictures, movies from Matts goals, special tribute
comments from people who do or did a lot for
Saints.Among those persons is a special friend of Matt,
his name Ronnie Ekelund, who played together with Matt
for saints. On the CD there is very rare material about
saints and Matty. It is a must have item for every
saints fan in the world.

While I struggle to come up with superlatives to say how
brilliant the CD-ROM is, I'll let you know what's on the
disk.The simple answer would be "everything". Details of
every game, goal, assist, penalty and international are
there and easily navigated through. In addition to the
extensive club stats, there is also a section devoted to
Matt's international appearances.There are huge picture
galleries on the CD, but is the use of multimedia
through video and audio that make the CD really
something special. There are tons of video and audio
clips charting the Saints legend from his upbringing in
Guernsey through to his testimonial at St. Mary's.
Just as Le Tissier turned down many opportunities to
cash in on his talent, so Javier is doing this for the
fans rather for personal gain. Incredibly he is giving
away CD-Roms to anyone who wants one
This is as comprehensive a record of Matt's career as
you are likely to see and its all put together well
using Flash, good use of music and lots of video and
audio clips. All his greatest goals are here as is his
complete playing record, dozens of photos, fans tributes
and clips of the emotional testimonial. What more could
